We have four Sodick Wire EDM machines that utilize Esprit CAD/CAM software. These allow us to make custom carbide inserts, custom carbide tipped dovetails, custom HSS dovetails, and custom gages. All of the parts are inspected using a Comparetor, Surface Roughness Test, and a Walter’s Helicheck Plus.
