We make special Milling Recess tools from M42, Rex 76, or solid carbide material. Our HSS Milling Recess tools are turned in our CNC Lathe and then milled to form in our CNC Mill before Heatreating to ensure a proper Rockwell spec on the finished parts. The parts are then ground in our 5-axis CNC Cutter Grinders and inspected using our Walter Helicheck Plus inspection machine.
