We manufacture seating tools from solid carbide up to 2″ diameter. We also produce carbide tipped as well as HSS seat tools using M42 or Rex 76 material. Our seat tools are OD ground in our Tru Tech CNC Centerless Grinders, and then fluted and formed in our 5-axis CNC Cutter Grinders. We can make anything from a straight flute to a spiral flute and anything with an uneven index depending on the material being cut. All our tools are inspected using our Walter Helicheck Plus inspection machine.
